An XAM Satellite Stereo is an object which can be used to play music and change the music in a room in The Sims 2. They're occasionally available for purchase in the store, but one is already located in Mamma's Place. There's no more located around town, as the hotel rooms all have the seemingly more modern Music Panels. Despite this, when a room is being built an XAM Satellite Stereo will be in it so you can change the music playing inside. When available in the store, the price is 3000 simoleons.
